Text doesn't align properly in Hebrew

Hi there! I'm using fileread to read the text from *.txt file as follows:

   text_pre = uicontrol('style', 'text',...
                         'units', 'normalized',...
                         'fontunits', 'normalized',...
                         'position', [0.1 0.2 0.8 0.7],...
                         'horizontalalignment', 'center',...
                         'fontsize', 0.05,...
                         'string', fileread('.\UG_Screens\Heb\Pre_Task2.txt'));

The file contains Hebrew text and the following characters: . , ! I have tried aligning it to the center and to the right, but it just won't align! I am adding a screenshot so you can understand what I mean (and I have checked the file for tabs etc., and re-written it as well, no change).

I would really appreciate your assitance! It's not the first time this is happening to me..
