I am trying to print a figure, but the line width reduces! any ideas?

I have some plots I have to save. I use the print command to save them. I have set the linewidth to 2; however, the linewidth in the printed version seems to be 1. ( The legend is still 2). This is really frustrating. I am using Matlab 2015a.

See if Yair Altman’s export_fig File Exchange contribution will do what you want.
