Hello guys,
The thing is that I have a data set lets say 1:5000. And I want the loop to (hard to explain) be every 120 (2 mins) step and create a vector at the end. Could you please help me with that?
Thanks!

See if this works for you:
Data = [[0:4999]' randi(99, 5000,2)]; % Create Data
Out = Data(1:120:end, :);

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. Just wondering why in RANDI you are putting 99, 5000 and 2. And then, how can I plot the results according to the cell in excel?

My pleasure.
I have no idea what your data are, so I made up a random matrix that seems to be similar to the data you describe. My ‘Data’ matrix is entirely arbitrary, and is only there to test the code.
I do not know what your Excel file is or how you imported it, so I cannot give you an example as to how to plot it.

Oh, got it.
So, I will try to shortly describe what I need.
I have a data set in excel, 5000 samples. And I need to "loop" them every 120 seconds. Now I don't know how to add my data from the .xsl file to your code.. Lets say my data's name is "Windspeed" Does it mean that instead of "data" from your code I need to replace it with my "data" or?
Thanks a lot!

It would help if you uploaded your excel file here (use the ‘paperclip’ icon) and then tell me what you want to do with your data.

Your Excel file has one (5508x1) vector.
What is it?
What do you want to do with it?

To plot or extract every 120 seconds, as opposed to every 120 indexes (rows), you'd need to have both a time column vector, and a "values" column vector that gives your data for that instance in time. If all you have are the times, then what is there to plot???
