how can i solve startup problem in matlab?

hello everyone.i have installed matlab 2013a 64bit setup.it was installed and activated smoothly but when i opened it the startup screen of matlab showing license etc doesnt proceed more and it disapears after few seconds..i have tried many different things like changing compatibility settings and opening in safe mode but all those things didnt work..

windows 10.64 bit ..this same setup has been working fine in windows 10 but its not opening in my system ...

You can’t get there from here.

Only R2015a and later are supported on Windows 10.
