res=Ploc_ms+Qloc_ms+Rloc_ms;
P TO R İNTERVAL and Ploc_ms P peak duration so Qloc_ms and Rloc_ms is Q and R peak duration. here we need R duration for PR?

You do not need the duration of the R-wave to calculate the P-R interval. The P-R interval is calculated from the beginning of the P-wave to the beginning of the R-wave.
It is typically about 120 ms, and the normal range is up to 200 ms.

Thank you for information. I have Question for RR interval how can we learn RR interval for normal sinus rhythm , tachycardia bradycardia... it realy so important for me . I write program for disease from ecg

My pleasure.
The R-R interval is just that: the time (in seconds) from one R-wave to the next. Since R-waves are not likely to vary in morphology in any single lead in any one person while you are recording the EKG, you can use the Signal Processing Toolbox findpeaks function to find the R-wave peaks. It is much easier than writing your own code to do that. (Lead II is usually best for this.)
Bradycardia and tachycardia are not subjects I have the time to discuss in detail. The rate definitions are straightforward, the conditions causing them — even for sinus bradycardia and tachycardia — are not. I refer you to the latest edition of Braunwald’s Heart Disease (ISBN 978-81-312-3997-1) for a full discussion.
If you want to do heart rate variability studies, note that for those to be accurate, every R-wave must be preceded by a normal P-wave (as I defined it in my original Answer, as being within 200 ms of the following R-wave). Heart rate variability remains a topic of active research, particularly in regard to analysis in terms of chaotic dynamics. I refer you to PubMed to search for those and other topics.
I have Answered a number of Questions on electrocardiography over the time I’ve been active in MATLAB Answers. Searching Answers with the string "Star Strider" EKG ECG should find most of them. A particularly detailed one is: Detecting QRS complex in ECG signal
