How can I simulate a motor with y formation at start and then change it to delta formation for steady state during simulation running in matlab/simulink at simscape/power systems library?

There is a simple three phase asynchronous motor connected to a three phase voltage source which i would like to start it with y formation motor windings and then switch it to delta formation. How can I simulate this scenario in matlab/simulink at simscape/power systems library? Thank you for your time and answers in advance. P.S.: The model is attached.

Using Simscape Electrical you can do this as the induction machine has both ends of windings exposed. There is an in-product example showing how to model a wye delta starting circuit for an induction machine.
