How to do stability analysis?

I'm trying to figured out how to do stability analysis (root locus, bode, etc) in this model (wood-berry distillation) but I don't know how. Can someone help me?

Did you try "linear analysis" tool in Simulink? The tool allows you to obtain bode diagrams etc from selected points.

Alternatively, if you have the time, it is straight forward to obtain the transfer functions from each input in the block diagram to each output.

For the linear analysis tool, Matlab has nicely written out examples. I recommend looking into them, maybe repeat those examples and then use the tool for your system. Here is the link for the examples. Under the "Related Examples" look into the one that you are interested.
