How to enhance results of the segmented image?

i am attaching my original image, its ground truth and the image segmented by my method. Now for performance evaluation, the false positive rate is really low., but true positive rate is low. As due to the cells segmented are very small in comparison to ground truth. Please see what can be applied so that it becomes somewhat more similar to ground truth.

See Chetna, If you getting the lower FP, good, but also you have to enhance the TP, TP values should be higher. You have to focus on improvement in the method. How are you finding the result pixel-based comparison (Pixel to Pixel) or lesion based approach?
