Save this custom function in your working directory and run the code again, it is perfectly working in my case.

Save this Matlab file in your current working directory. Don't change the file name

In your following line change the image name, its not test.jpg your image name is medtest.png, the correct way

I=im2double(imread('medtest.png'));
