Ultrasound image segmentation using MATLAB

I have detected the exact location where Brachial plexus nerve cell is present in my ultrasound image it's an "A" type structure.how to extract that particular structure automatically without providing the coordinates. Thankyou

Yes actually I have been given the ultrasound images as the input and ground truth and I have detected the exact location where Brachial plexus nerve cell is present. I have extracted that location but by manually providing the coordinates.now I wanted a way to automatically extract that region.
