simulink function block error getting Nan as output to my function block.

hi, i am trying to add a function blockin my simulink that determines the skewness for specific width bit i am getting Nan as a output. if i run the same fuction separately using script and command window i am getting the output. the only problem is with simulink. please help me out of this. my input is [20385 1] and output will [1 200].
