How to find transfer characteristics of an amplifier using SIMULINK ?

The 's2p' file from manufacture database is available for an RF amplifier, how a transfer chara sweep can be setup in simulink? I am able to configure the amplifier along with the peripherals and getting amplification. The simulation stops at the final input value with coresponding output value observed. How can the other input values observed within the SIMULINK simulation with corresponding output?
