I have about 300 short wav files, which have to be load into MATLAB. I am not able to find any information on how to load all the wav files into Matlab for further processing plz help.

I know how to load individal file wav file in matlab,but i want to load complete database.

wavefiles=dir('*.wav');        
for i=1:length(wavefiles)
   filename=wavefiles(i).name;
   waveFile{i}=audioread(filename);

thanks ,actually i have a mixed data set of about 500 files.I need to process them according to a perticular coding in the name of files itself.Let me see if this is useful,Thanks again.
