adding bump-stops to quarter car model

How do i add a bump stop in simulink, which will stop the damper from moving more than 5 cm ?

Not sure about simulink but in simscape there's a block called translational hard stop (Simscape/foundation library/mechanical/translational elements). You can give upper and lower bounds there and some more parameters.
