How do I solve flow problems in the pores of porous media using lattice boltzmann method. How can I couple the equations to the porous geometry?

I am working on natural convection of CO2 in porous media. I have an LBM code on natural convection but I dont know how to apply it to a porous media to generate a visual model where I can see the advection of CO2
