How to write the codes for a sender to satellite to receiver nodes in Matlab?

Could anybody please let me know how can I write the codes in MATLAB to send TCP packets from source to destination via a satellite node if the link properties between them are
data rate: 10 Mbps
Delay: 250 ms
Loss rate: 1%

I have attached the system model and the pseudo code for the algorithm
