We urgently need to activate GLobal Optimization Tool on Stefano Donati license 8****9.
We executed the installation without error, but you the tool is not installed.

Try running these lines from a script or your Command Window first:
restoredefaultpath
rehash toolboxcache
That may fix the problem.
If that fails, then use the telephone handset icon in the upper right corner of this page to Contact Support.
