How to make plot more visible in matlab

Hello,
I have a plot like the attcahed file. The rectangles and lines are not wide enough. How can I make them more highlighted and larger to be seen easier. Some how Iwant to make those blue things bigger. Is it possible?
ph1 = plot(stats.Centroid(:,1), stats.Centroid(:,2), 'bs');
mah = plot(stats.EndpointX.', stats.EndpointY.', 'b');

See the plot documentation section on Specify Line Width, Marker Size, and Marker Color. That should get you started.
