How can I get explanation of each blocks in LTE HDL MIB Recovery examples? It will be great if I get proper documentation of each block

The LTE Toolbox example on Cell Search has further information and MATLAB code that you can run.
For the HDL implementation, you can look at the LTE HDL Cell search example to get more information on the PSS/SSS search.
