MICROGRID BUILDING - sample time

I'm working on electric microgrid building using simscape library. I have already put the PV, WF and the loads (both dynamic and static) models but there is some problems linked to sample time. The run time is very long time. What I should to do?

I have already tried to fix the fixed step size within solver selection and also changing the solver.

Can you give me some tips?

This depends on how the model looks like. If there are PWM controlled converters then the simulation will be relatively slow, depending on sampling rate can be painfully slow for longer simulation timespan. If the objective is to simulate at system level, the best way to speed up the simulation and to enable longer simulations is to use average converters and lower fidelity blocks.
