How to create contour plot with xyz data?

How I can create contour plot like figure above with data below

I am using this code but it does not work. error:x must not be scaler

With the data provided you cannot get such plot. You need to have z as matrix.

My reading is this.

The three parameters is dependent. When Z is 10, x is 68 and y is 10.2. But now I want to plot contour with x (x-axis) and y(y-axis). like this picture.

[X,Y] = meshgrid(x,y) ; 

Now you see, do you have data for each (X,Y) ??
