how can i re numbering degree of fredom in FEM after elimination exeeded element??

hello every one

i have a matrix that i called "eldof" its involving degree of fredoms in each edge of G4 element(square) and cordinates of middle of elements.

then i define a equation of line to realize which elements is under the equation.(for effect of topography)

now i want to re number degree of fredom ,the degree of fredom which eliminated are shown again.

how can i solve this???

i have total information of top shape ,

now i want to when i run my code , i get the information of bottom shape.

please help
