I need to plot the vector field from a Matrix

Use Matlab to plot the vector fields vj : R2 ! R2, j = 1; 2, given by v1 = -1/4(x1,x2 ) and v2 = 1/4(x1,x2)

I am not able find how do i input a matrix in quiver ?
