I need help with my legend

I dont know whats wrong with this. Its not working. Im trying to get the 2 user inputs in the legend.
legend(app.Axes2,[userinput +' '+['Obesity','Drug','Alcohol','Smoking']],[userinput2,+' '['obesity','drug','alcohol','smoking']])

What result do you want?
What information is in the plot?
What are the ‘userinput’ variables, and what do you want the legend (and plot) to look like?
