estimation parameters of coupled ODE to fit given solutions

Hi, I'm a high student who starts studying Matlab hard these days.

I'm trying to solve my problems by following various Matlab examples.

My problem is solving the system of 2 coupled differential equations numerically and fitting with my data then get the estimate values of parameters.

I thought that this page would be a help.

The below is the parameter sharing coupled ODEs.

And attatched file is the data.

Actually, I cannot get the idea even from how to save the data with ASCII format

I hope someone give me some guidelines..
