Break X-axis

I am drawing a graph and it does not start from 0 for x-axis. How can I introduce a break before 169. I read help pages but it is not clear how to implement it.

Code used:

I had kept that line as a fix. The data starts from x=169. I want to introduce a break between 0 and 169.
