MATLAB 2020b fails to start in Windows 10

I installed MATLAB 2020b in 2020. It was working for few months. Recently I tryed to start MATLAB but when I click a shortcut (or matlab.exe) nothing happens. Reinstalling MATLAB, rebooting PC did not help.

See if the solution in Why will MATLAB not start up properly on my Windows based system? - MATLAB Answers - MATLAB Central will do what you want. (It worked for me when I had a similar problem several months ago.)
