Motor load coupling with damping and spring constants

I want to model a motor coupled to a load with their independent moment of inertia...coupling has viscous friction and damping coefficient.....therefore the motor speed and load speed are obviously different....

I want the equations/state space model for this system...Could anyone give some references or example simulink models..
