Integral Not Calculating Numeric Result

I am having some trouble calculating an integral for a given function. Attached is my code so far. I calculated the actual result to be .

Replace

q = int(F,1,2)

by

q = int(F,1,2,'IgnoreAnalyticConstraints',true)
