What do you think about the complete plagiarism of MATLAB by the Chinese company "Suzhou Tongyuan SoftControl"?

Due to MATLAB being banned in some mainland Chinese universities in 2020, in recent years a Chinese company called "Suzhou Tongyuan SoftControl" has completely imitated MATLAB’s behavior. Below are some screenshots as evidence. What is your opinion on this issue?

I think if they replicated (part of) what Matlab does without reusing the code, there is no plagiarism. However, I find it difficult to imagine how they could have replicated the behavior of Matlab without using the code.
My first reaction is the old saying: imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. I am curious how Mathworks feels about such an obvious replication, though they are unlikely to share that publically. If there is no charge for the software, and given the fact that the company is based in China, there's probably very little to be done. Free MATLAB clones have existed for some time (Octave, Scilab, etc.), and large parts of numpy/scipy look suspiciously like MATLAB.
In fact, it is a commercial (paid) software, but it also offer trial version.
I have used MWORKS.Sysplorer for multi-physics domain system modeling. The MWORKS.Sysplorer is based on modelica modeling language and is similar to Simscape.
