Image fusion based on pixel significance using cross bilateral filter

Fuses multifoucs and multispectral images by weighted average using the weights computed from CBF.

This software release consists of an implementation of the algorithm described in the paper:

Fuses source images by weighted average using the weights (edge strengths) computed from the detail images that are extracted from the source images using cross bilateral filter.
