Areal, volumetric and textural parameters from 2D and 3D images
2D metrics calculated from individual images:
- Mean roughness, skewness, areal porosity, average and maximum
diffusion distance; perimeter, average horizontal and vertical length,
fractal dimension, texture parameters: contract, correlation, energy,
homogeneity, entropy, Euler Parameter
3D metrics calculated from depth stacks
- Texture parameters: Entropy, Energy, Homogeneity
- Average thickness, roughness, Average run length in X,Y and Z,
average and maximum diffusion distance, fractal dimension, porosity,
volume, Euler Parameter and Breadth.
