Fit data to conic section curves

Fit sample datasets to parabola, ellipse, or hyperbola. These functions will fit functions to translated and rotated datasets. The code for ellipses & hyperbolas ported from papers by O'Leary (see documentation). Supporting tools AtoG and GtoA, for converting between different equation froms, are provided. These are marginally different from the same tools posted by Hui Ma (and others) independently.
