This model demonstrates how to implement a coupled structural-aerodynamic problem.
The wing, otherwise rigid, is allowed to pitch and plunge. The motion of the wing is defined using SimMechanics blocks. The aerodynamic model is a simple, quasi-steady formulation.
Dynamic pressure is manipulated by varying the Mach number & Altitude. You can also vary the CG location of the wing by double clicking on the picture of the BACT subsystem.
The structural, mass, and aerodynamic properties all come from the following paper:
"Modeling the Benchmark Active Control Technology Wind Tunnel Model for Application to Flutter Suppression" by Martin R. Waszak of NASA Langley.

Does not compile on R2017b, and Matlab's auto corrections were unable to fix
I did my FYP on aeroelasticity but rather into the mode shapes of vibration caused by the structural dynamics and inertia interaction of 3 different type of transport a/c. I was so eager to run a sim based on what I studied in ANSYS but due to limited time allocated, I had to drop this idea. MATLAB would definitely be very helpful and thanks to your contribution I believe that it would be of tremendous help to me to go that extra mile. Thanks
hello...is there anyone here can help me....
i have to make a project that can recognize two type of fruit....epal n oren....can anyone here help me????

thank you a lot for this informations and i love mathworks very much
I could not open the file with my Matlab version 12.1, is there anyway to open it with this version??
